How To: add mouthguard strap.

1. Position model for easy access to facials of central     (illustration #2)
2. As mouthguard material begins to droop, or immediately after vacuum forming mouthguard material, heat attachment end of strap with micro torch.    (illustration #1)
3. After vacuum forming mouthguard onto model, attach heated end of strap directly onto the facial part of the labial surface of centrals. Be sure strap is positioned near incisal edge of mouthguard.     (illustration #2)
   
   
4. After fusing strap onto mouthguard use hot knife or ProForm finishing wheel to feather strap edge into mouthguard.
   
   
5. Final finishing of mouthguard can then be completed.
   
   
6. Use soap & water to lubricate strap.     (illustration #3)
   
   
7. Run mouthguard strap over facial bar of helmet-push through slit.     (illustration #4)
   
   
8. Push strap through slit in strap attachment.     (illustration #5)
