Proflex Hard/Soft Base
The base material is a vacuum formable hard/soft combination sheet that is used as the base of soft lined Proflex dentures. It has a unique soft liner that is non-porous so that fungus and bacteria do NOT become trapped in the liner. It is easy to fabricate, faster to make, and provides a uniform soft liner in dentures. The Proflex base material comes in three different thicknesses to handle variations in interocclusal space. Comes in packages of 10 bases.

Proflex Strengthener
This is the base material that provides internal strength for the Proflex appliances. It is a vacuum formed material that essentially becomes the plastic framework for the Proflex appliance. The material comes in three different thicknesses --- .060, .080, and .100. The most commonly used is the .060. It is now specifically made in a pinkish color so that it blends with the overlay material.

Proflex Splint Base
This is the base material that provides internal strength for the Proflex appliances. It is a vacuum formed material that essentially becomes the plastic framework for the appliance. The material comes in two different thicknesses .060 & .080. It is specifically made with a pinkish tint to blend with the overlay materials.

Proflex Soft Liner
An excellent vinyl reline material that can be used both with the Proflex system and with regular acrylic type dentures. The final results offer the same soft feel, longevity, and wear that is found in the original base material of Proflex. This material is easy to apply, easy to work with and easy to trim. An excellent alternative to the silicone soft liners presently on the market.

Proflex NFC Material
A flexible acrylic that can be used with the Proflex system or with regular acrylic appliances. It is excellent for repairing flexible Proflex appliances, or adding clasps. It can also be used to add flexible clasps to regular acrylic appliance. The Repair Material works great for adding names to dentures, for repairing cracks, and for adding flexible clasps. The kit includes 120 grams of Liquid and 160 grams of Powder.

NFC Proflex Intro Kit - EXCELLENT FOR SEMI-FLEXIBLE PARTIALS

This kit was assembled to give a starting laboratory everything they need to make semi-flexible partials and dentures. The kit contains: all three sizes of hard/soft bases for soft lined appliances, 5 samples of .060 base strengtheners for partials, a kit of NFC material (light shade), and promotional material. This overlay material has 5 times better elongation properties than the original which makes it ideal for thinner and more flexible appliances. It is recommended for partials and dentures.

Proflex Intro Splint Kit - EXCELLENT FOR SPLINTS

Dental Resources assembled everything needed to make flexible all hard splints or flexible hard splints with a soft inner liner. The kit contains: 5 dual laminates that act as the base strengthener for a hard/soft splint, 5 of the size .060 clear strengtheners for an all hard splint, a package of clear NFC material, some sample clear wire, and promotional materials. This kit is recommended for all hard and hard/soft splints.
